I’ve managed crews directly, coordinated subcontractors, led major federal projects, modernized financial systems, and built scalable workflows that strengthen job costing, safety, and operational predictability.
My construction background spans field operations, project management, safety management, estimating, civil infrastructure, environmental services, and executive oversight of a $40M multi-state demolition and remediation organization. I’ve led high-profile projects, including a 3-year, $30M relocation of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court and built new business units such as sewer video inspection and environmental remediation.
Beyond construction, I advise organizations on workflow automation, ERP modernization, financial systems, and operational structure. As Founder of HAC Enterprises, I support companies navigating growth, restructuring, and technology change, with a strong focus on construction and construction-adjacent industries.
